Pioneer Building & Development, Inc.

Owner and Building Contractor,  Roger Bennett , grew up in Ft. Mead and Sarasota, FL. the son of a Building Contractor.  After graduating from college in 1979 he worked as a project manager for several large local builders and became a state licensed building contractor in 1983.  He then joined his father before starting his own company in 1995 and later in 2002 began business as Pioneer Building and Development, Inc.

All of our staff brings a wide range of experience and many years in the industry.  Our backgrounds include the construction of custom homes, residential remodel/additions, restaurants, community clubhouses, mid-rise condominiums, commercial interior remodeling/build out, schools, banks, strip malls, retail shopping, metal buildings and medical facilities.

Our goal is to maintain a project load that is small enough to assure each one has adequate supervision and delivery of a quality product.  We offer design/ build services or you can bring your own plans for us to work with.  

With strong ties to the local community our goal is to maintain quality and create partnerships with our clients that promote referrals, return business and long term relationships.
